I believe that healing is sacred work—an unfolding that happens in divine timing, guided by both the soul and the nervous system. As a therapist, I hold space for the unseen, the tender, the mystical, and the messy. My clients often share that they feel safe to bring their full selves into the room—with all their contradictions, longings, and quiet wisdom.
My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which forms the foundation of how I support emotional healing, identity integration, and transformation. In our work together, we’ll listen deeply to the parts of you that have been carrying pain, fear, or shame—and gently invite them into dialogue, trust, and healing. Drawing from IFS, somatic practices, and intuitive guidance, I support you in reconnecting with your inner Self, your body’s wisdom, and the deeper truths that want to emerge.
Alongside IFS, I thoughtfully integrate elements from evidence-based modalities including:

I believe meaningful change begins with honesty - both with ourselves and in our relationships. In my work as a psychotherapist, I work with individuals and couples, with a focus on men’s mental and sexual health, helping clients untangle the patterns that are holding them back so they can move toward more clarity, connection, and self-understanding.
At the heart of my approach is the creation of a safe, judgment-free space where we can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we work to uncover root causes and develop practical, meaningful strategies that support growth - emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
I support clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-worth/self-esteem issues, high stress, infidelity and betrayal, compulsive behaviours (including pornography and gambling addiction), anger and emotional regulation, grief, trauma/PTSD, and more. I also work with couples navigating conflict, communication issues, intimacy challenges, and life transitions. If something’s weighing on you and you’re not sure where to turn, I’m here to listen - no pressure, no judgment.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, integrative, and client-centered. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), as well as humanistic and relational approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. I also incorporate Brainspotting and clinical hypnosis when appropriate, particularly in work related to trauma and emotional blocks. Every person is different, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I have completed Level 2 training in the Gottman Method and Phase 2 Brainspotting training. I am also currently completing my certified clinical trauma intensive certification. I offer therapy in both English and Farsi/Persian.
If you are ready to take the next step towards healing, or even just curious about what that could look like, I’d be honoured to work with you. I welcome you to reach out.

Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
I work with children, youth, families, and individuals who are looking for support with emotional, relational, or behavioural concerns. People come to therapy for many different reasons. My role is to help slow things down, understand what is happening, and support change that feels practical and manageable.
My approach is grounded and relational. I pay close attention to how stress, development, and relationships affect behaviour over time. I work in a trauma-informed way, which means I pay attention to how stress and past experiences affect reactions, and we move at a pace that feels steady and respectful. In therapy, we look at what is shaping current patterns and what responses are most likely to help in everyday moments.
I use an integrative, evidence-informed approach that includes Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems work. My work is informed by neurobiology, child and adolescent development, and attachment theory. This helps frame behaviour as communication and supports skill-building that improves regulation, connection, and change over time.
In addition to individual therapy, I have developed and facilitated therapeutic groups, including mindfulness-based stress reduction groups for teens, ADHD parenting groups, and DBT skills groups focused on managing stress. Group work has shaped how I help people learn skills they can actually use at home, at school, and in everyday situations.
Clients often describe me as calm, steady, and direct. I offer a space that is supportive and clear. Our work together focuses on helping life feel more manageable at home, in relationships, and within yourself.
